Digital Products
All our products, including antivirus software licenses, are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or the license key has been issued. Exceptions may be considered in cases of technical issues that prevent the product from functioning as intended.
Requesting a Refund
If you experience an issue with a product, please contact our support team at contact us within 7 days of purchase. Provide your order details and a description of the problem. We will review your request and provide assistance or a refund if applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all products are digital, physical returns are not applicable. In cases where we provide replacement license keys or product updates, our support team will guide you through the process.
Processing Time
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
